Neurofeedback Therapy
Train your brain to calm your body, focus your mind, and build lasting resilience.
What if Neurofeedback therapy could help you slow down, let go, and respond instead of react?
Maybe you’ve done great work in therapy, but your nervous system isn’t getting the memo.
You’re still anxious, even when life is “fine”
Your mind won’t stop spinning, even when you’re trying to rest
You have trouble falling asleep—or staying asleep
You feel physically on edge, tense, or wired
You keep looping on thoughts you can’t let go of
You’re doing the tools… but still not feeling relief
If this sounds familiar, Neurofeedback can help.
You’re still struggling with:
Anxiety & racing thoughts
Noticing the impacts of painful experiences lingering.
Feeling triggered in everyday situations you aren’t expecting.
What is Neurofeedback Therapy?
Neurofeedback is a brain-based therapy that helps your brain learn from itself—so you can feel calmer, clearer, and more in control. It is estimated to take 20-40 sessions but every brain and nervous system is different. Just like we can’t tell you how many meals are needed to eat along with how many sit ups are needed exactly to get toned in the gym.
We use electrodes on the scalp to measure what the brain and nervous system are showing us. This is done with some paste so come on a dirty hair day if you can.
At its core, Neurofeedback changes the brain’s feedback loop. It shows your brain how it’s operating in real-time and allows it to make adjustments naturally. Unlike older systems, this method doesn’t tell your brain what to do—it helps it notice itself and learn.
We work with settings so small they’d take days to observe without this technology. Using software and hardware that track those slow brainwave patterns (below 0.01 Hz), your brain begins to perceive fluctuations—then shifts in response.
Over time, these small shifts help your nervous system:
Settle into a calm, focused state
Increase your window of tolerance
Become more flexible and resilient
Improve sleep, focus, and emotional regulation
-
It is a non-invasive method used to reflect back to the brain what is going on without conscious effort. This supports individuals with anxiety, sleep and ADHD with a more biological approach instead of discussing “content” like EMDR or Talk therapy.
-
Neurofeedback is scheduled for a 60 minute session, but training time spent is based on individual nervous system needs roughly 20-30 minutes of training.
-
Neurofeedback Benefits include:
ADHD symptoms (decrease emotional reactivity, organization, sleep issues)
Anxiety
Depression
Decrease ruminative thoughts
Increase ability to handle everyday stressors easier
Strengthen a sense of self

who it’s for
Neurofeedback is for you if…
You want support to address the biological concerns that compliment the therapy you are already doing or looking to do.
Are looking for a brain-based approach that works quickly.
You’re willing to do weekly sessions to build upon results from the previous session effectively.
who it’s not for
Neurofeedback Therapy is not for you if…
You’re not ready to commit to 1 to 2 sessions per week to build upon the results.
Also if you are expecting results to be long-lasting after only 1 session. Immediately we are seeing changes but there is an adjustment period to figure out what works best for your nervous system individually.
You’re looking to talk through trauma and weekly anxiety. We definitely will talk because I am a therapist first and foremost but a lot of your training session is done checking in with how you are feeling during session and adjusting to meet your individual needs.

EMDR Intensives and weekly EMDR sessions can be done along with Neurofeedback. It is like EMDR on steroids due to the increased ability to process “content” related to anxiety and trauma.
Neurofeedback is beneficial if you need relief but are not ready to talk about trauma or anxiety.
-
Neurofeedback is brain training using electrodes on the scalp. Talk therapy is spent more time talking about your week and issues you’ve run into that you need support with.
